Great service! One of the items I ordered wasn't available, so I was sent an email notification, and I received a phone call with helpful suggestions as to what I might like to replace it. No charge to me for replacement. Actually, I ended up getting a small refund for choosing something a little less in cost. Clothing items arrived neatly packaged and in a timely fashion.
