A pair of pants I purchased is not color fast, and continues to bleed even after washing. I reached out to Cotton Mill for an explanation but got no answer. This is a big quality problem and not acceptable. It was my first and last time buying from Cotton Mill

Hello! Thanks for your honest feedback. I took a look but I could not locate an email about this order. I see that you purchased two pants from two different manufacturers, I Can Too and Thousand Mile. Those two brands rarely have bleed issues.
