It’s been a week and I still have not received my product nor heard anything about when it will be delivered.

I really love these clothes and it has been rough searching for 100% cotton clothes, online or in stores. I will get more. I am a 100% cotton , naturl foods, organic vegetarian on a spiritual path and i am so pleased i got connected to your company .. I ordered sweat shirts and sweat pants, they are so thick and ample, and really well made, I can tell they will be durable. thank you so Maeve Tometra from Boulder Colorado

The men's cotton heavyweight crewneck sweatshirt arrived in a thin USPS cardboard sleeve. There is no receipt or information in the package except for the order number which your website tells me does no exist.. I received no email confirming my order so the only place I can try to reach you is on this page. The sweatshirt is heavy as stated but the bottom band is too tight to wear and the crew neck is too loose. I have been trying everything I can try to facilitate this return. This is my first review ever & I'm sorry it cannot be positive.

I thought I was ordering a weekender shirt in a color other than white since I would never knowingly order a white sweatshirt as I wear them daily in the winter and a white shirt would be a mess in no time at all. Can you check my order and actually confirm what was ordered, please? It is no great loss as my lady friend will use the shirt for something to wear after a bath or shower when she does not want to get dressed!
