Awesome service every time, and they explain what needs done in terms I can understand!
Greg and Don are very thorough and clear on what they think needs to be done on my car, and they give me timing and options input so I know which things are highest priority. They stand by all the work they do, and have done repeat service on my car for faulty parts (not in their control!) and haven't charged me a cent within the warranty period. I'm sad that I moved out of the area, but going to try and time my maintenance work when I'll be visiting again in Louisville! They are great, their techs are great, there are reasons the shop and lot stay busy.... check them out!
