I had some concerns about my car and knew it needed some repairs. I was concerned that I wouldn't be dealt with honestly because of past experiences with other places. I heard of Cottman listening to Way FM and thought I would give them a try. They worked with my schedule and were very professional and they were honest. Turns out it wasn't as bad as I thought. That rarely happens. I would suggest to anyone looking for a place to get your car repaired to give Cottman a try.

This Cottman team is awesome. I was very well informed of every thing going on, and had choices in my level of service. I know many friends with " Auto service War stories", but this is not one. The transmission pricing was very good, and the guarantee unbeatable. No one likes the "Labor Charge", but here again, it was very reasonable. I can't believe the labor hours were not higher, these guys surely don't fool around on the customers time. This was a big job, a good cost to me, and I feel very secure that I came to them. These reviews also lead me to them. Thank you so much Cottman Team, it was a pleasure to deal with you Greg.

I have had a number of repairs made with Cottman of Louisville including a new clutch, clutch hydraulic unit, and timing belt replacement. Each time I have been completely satisfied with their work. They have even put in over time occasionally to get the job done in a timely manner.

I have brought my car there twice as small mechanical issues have come up. They always go above and beyond for me. As a young female I always get taken advantage of when taking my car to get serviced, not when I take it to Cottman. They want to talk to my dad, brother-in-law (who works on my car sometimes) so that they can talk over the issues. I will always come back to them if I have anymore issues.

Transmission Broke down passing through town. Found them online. Competitive quote, knowledgeable, competent, and did not try to over sell. Very satisfied with work and overall experience.
