Alternator went out. Cottmans was recommended by AAA tow driver. Had car towed in, spoke to Greg via phone. Had new alternator and battery replaced and ready to pick up in 2 hours.

I had an alternator replaced on my Volvo, and Cottman did an excellent job. Don was especially helpful in getting a convenient time set up, and in providing information about costs and options. I paid considerably less than what I was quoted at other shops. Very pleased overall.

This was a major expense that I did not plan for at the time. The staff was professional and provided alternative options for me to consider. I did end up with a new transmission and so far it has worked great. I appreciate the time they took to explain the options and what was going on with the transmission.

I appreciate the prompt and professional service my daughter and I received. My daughter's transmission was slipping and we took her car to Cottman for service and repair. She is a student at U of L and we live over 100 miles from Louisville. Cottman was able to keep us informed by phone, email and text while analyzing and fixing the problem within the week. I'm glad to have found a reliable and professional company we can use for future car repair while my daughter is away.

We know you already have enough to worry about with your daughter being away at college, so it was our pleasure to help take some of that stress away in repairing her vehicle. Thank you for the opportunity, John! Gratefully, Cottman of Louisville
