Trustworthy Repair Company
This was my first experience with Cottman. I had an issue with my transmission fluid "disappearing" and no one seemed to be able to determine why or where it was going. Cottman found the problem, repaired it and found another problem my previous service company had missed. I want my vehicles to be dependable so as of this point in time, I trust Cottman and will use them in the future.

My experience with Cottman of Louisville was very satisfactory. I was treated in a very professional and courteous manner. The repair to my pinion seal leak was completed in a timely manner. The follow up inspection for additional leaks found no additional repairs needed at this time. I was never put under an pressure to buy a service that was not necessary. I will return to Cottman as needed and will recommended them as an excellent repair shop.

The management and personnel are courteous and professional!! They inspired trust with their knowledge and respect toward me as their customer which is often lacking toward women in need of auto repairs. 👍👍👍 Very thankful to have found this place for now and future auto care

Very pleased, did great work at a great price.
They were courteous and delivered my repaired vehicle when they advised they would. Very confident in the work they did and will be taking my car back to them.

As it should be. Honest repair for a fair price.
I can't say enough about how it feels to finally find an auto service center that is knowledgeable, professional, and fair priced. Greg H. and Don are the best to confer with. I consider them my friends now. They have serviced my Honda Accord on several occasions and each time the result has been outstanding. Recently they noticed something under "their warranty" that needed correcting and brought it to my attention. They performed the service in a timely manner. Obviously they employ great mechanics (big thanks to them as well!) I will definitely continue to use their service in the future.
