Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and professional. Greg shot me straight. He stayed in constant communication during the repair. Everything promised came true from the price to the timeline.

They did a great job diagnosing my transmission issue and had it fixed quickly. I would highly recommend this shop.

Great service!

Professional services provided by professional people.

We were having a problem with our transmission in our 2003 Buick and we're hoping it didn't have to be replaced as we really didn't want that expense. Our regular mechanic, who does not work on transmissions, suggested we take our car to Cottman as he had found them to be very honest and trustworthy. I must say he was correct! Turned out it was a minor problem of low transmission fluid and they took care of it the same day and only charged us for the fluid. I would definitely go to them again for any transmission problems! Thank you, Cottman!

If you're looking for a Professional shop that you can COMPLETELY trust, these guys are IT! I've been to about 3 other shops in town, emptied my wallet at repairs and still had problems with my truck. I did my research, read the customer reviews concerning Cottman's and decided to give them a chance. After speaking with Greg I had very little concern about the care my truck was going to receive. Communication is 1 of the BEST things about this shop, Greg gave me several options with zero hassle on which path I chose. I got my truck back and instead of being let down time after time by other shops, I cant properly describe the feeling I had when I drove it off the lot, it literally felt like a brand new Silverado. Thank you Greg and the rest of the Professionals at Cottman's, you have earned mine and my family's business with all of our Vehicles needs!
