Great customer service and very honest
Great customer service and very honest. Prices for services I needed were a bit high but they actually recommended another place with better pricing for one of the services! No charge for the diagnostics they ran which was also nice.

Excellent service and staff at a fair …
Excellent service and staff at a fair price. Only negative is that techs leave dirt/grease stains on interior upholstery.

Would have been a great experience
Would have been a great experience! The only thing negative is the rental car company. Very misleading about rates and act very accommodating but then throw extra fees on you by lying at the end.

Very honest and very aware of how much things costs and tries to hold the prices down. I never have had a repair that didn't have to go back. Would I recommend them ? Yes

Replaced a water pump
Replaced a water pump, thermostat and cooling flush, engine mount, was 1100.00, the 5% coupon on parts would only partially print so didn't get to use it, got charged for the towing even though ad said free towing on major repairs so 1100 must not be major to them but is to me, to soon to know if the repair is going to hold and just the normal worry of what is going to be next..didn't have time to shop around but I will have to for the rest of the repairs as it's an old 2002 Trailblazer that I'm trying to keep alive..it was 750 labor, uh....ouch as you know if it only takes 20 minutes they still charge an hour, each and every item...

We've had several jobs done at Cott …
We've had several jobs done at Cottman big and small and they do great work. With four vehicles in the family I've been very much at ease bringing them to Cottman.

Really smooth, straight forward experience.
I only rated 4 cause I'm waiting on the recheck. But I really can't complain. Really pleased with the results so far.
