This was not a cheap bag! I would expect it to last a while. It hasn't managed 3 months - the insides are totally frayed, pockets have given out and merged with other pockets and it's got holes on the outside too. It's such a shame because I love the look and the size.

Horrific and non-existent customer service. Sent 5 emails and got 1 response with not resolution to poorly made bag. DO NOT give your hard earn money to this greedy company.

Hats are expensive and too small, I impulse bought 2 hats wore them for a few days and they are way too small. Designed for people with peanut heads. I am really upset as I'm stuck with 2 hats I basically can't wear.

Paid extra for same-day dispatch, still no sign of my order and DPD say they still haven’t received it. Sent them an email, no response and then I get an email from them asking me to rate the conversation. Difficult to rate a conversation you’re still waiting to have. Went onto live chat and the bot says they can’t find my order. Put my through to a human but no human showed up on the chat. For the prices they charge, the delivery and customer service is terrible. Wish I’d read their reviews on here before I placed my order. Still no idea where my item is.

Ordered a bag from Cotopaxi Canada. Within minutes of ordering, I decided I was going to buy it from a store near me. Emailed them multiple times to receive zero response- no contact phone customer service in Canada only an email address. I get an email 4 days later that my bag shipped. Will never deal with this company directly again!

I ordered an Allpa X 1.5L Hip Pack - Del Día ahead of a festival. This was my first experience (and it’ll be the last) with this company. Cotopaxi used DPD for the express delivery of my parcel (which I paid extra for) only for the DPD driver to get this delivered to the wrong person/wrong address. DPD is absolutely the worst delivery service provider in the UK. I have not got my parcel. I lost my money. I’m furious. DPD have been unhelpful and didn’t find or conduct any sort of investigation to find my parcel that is now lost.A very disappointed customer.

Ordered a fleece on 23 May 2026 which had still not arrived as of 24 June. Tracking via Shop app says “waiting for details” and so the fleece does not appear to have been despatched. Contacted customer services by email on 15 June (having now been on the holiday it was initially purchased for)! No response from customer services. Our money at this point has basically been stolen!
