I placed an order a forest demon animatronic and three days later I get an Email that my order was canceled item out of stock. (Thats 1) 2). I ordered an electricfied corpse, I was sent one that was from the Returns department, they never checked the item was sent back. All they did was put a label to ship it to me. I was sent a broken item with parts missing. Nice.

My order was cancelled with no explanation from company. My grandson was so upset about his costume not coming. Luckily I found the same costume at another site. I won't order from here again and won't recommend this site. I understand items selling out, but most companies send an explanation e mail, not an order has been cancelled and refund will be initiated notice.

Inexpensive and fast shipping! Love the costume, nice material and well made. Would definitely recommend!
