Hello Daniel, thank you for your feedback and we are sorry for the inconvenience. We see you purchased the policy over the phone and everything was sent to your email. We sent the documents again and the hard copy can take up to 2 weeks due to the holidays.

Searching for the right insurance company with the right rates can be overwhelming. Because we already did business with Cost U Less in the past, and our experience was a positive one, this was the only company we decided to reach out to when we acquired a new car. The staff is always professional, and knowledgeable, and the cost was reasonable. Do I recommend you giving Cost U less a call? Absolutely.
