Poor choice of hotel in La fortuna
Poor choice of hotel in La fortuna. Tabacon was abetter hotel and there were many others that were better. The Arenal tour was Ok but we never saw the volcano. I DID SPECIFY THAT I WANTED TO SEE THAT. The hotel at Manuel Antonio were good. The hotel did not have a beach and access was limited. The fishing trip and catamaran trip were worthless. Should have gone with someone who knew how to plan a trip.

The Tabacon is a very nice property, unfortunately due to your last minute trip, we were unable to offer your stay at the Tabacon or any other properties since there was no availability for your travel dates. In regards to the hotel in Manuel Antonio, it was explained that the hotel was high on the Quepos promontory and that it would require a walk to the beach. We also apologize that the Arenal tour, catamaran tour and fishing charter did not meet your expectations. Would you please consider emailing us to explain in better detail your experience with these tours to help improve future services?
