After playing on here for a few years on bingo and slots usually 10p or 20p a spin or 1-5p on bingo. Something happened when I was trying a new spin game. I was changing the bet down to 10p when it span and took £8 from my balance with no win. I would never ever bet £8.00 on one spin or game. Having contacted customer services and explained what happened they refused to refund my £8.00. They can see from my history that I would not bet that much and also confined the game it was taken from. This has not happened before and I feel like they thought I was trying to make a claim on something that was nothing to do with them! I understand people do things like that but looking at my account they should at least have offered me something if not all of my lost £8.00 but no I felt like a criminal! Thank you not Daria B and Marius G. They have closed my account! So I get a reply saying rubbish and to contact customers service Wjat again and get the same rubbish back no point just spouting excuses for taking £8.00 off me!!!!

Why are free games capped, I’ve won over 2-3000 points on som games and got £1 cash for my troubles…. Lippy pay out full amount of cash for points won.

After being a customer for over 15 years of both Costa and Sing bingo which have recently been taken over by 888.. I was asked to verify my accounts by providing proof of income back in October which I sent.. was told verification can take up to 72 hours... 7 weeks later I have been told my document is inadequate and I need to provide, bank statements and copy of passport! How very intrusive! My accounts are blocked from depositing until verified but I certainly will not be providing any further documentation so will not be spending another penny on these sites, will take my money elsewhere and advise all to do the same. If this is how they treat long term customers then I hate to think how they treat new ones !! Absolutely disgusted !

I have been with Costa for many years and had no problems until now. Won £500 weeks ago but keep getting told the bank details are invalid been In touch with my bank and there is no reason why the funds haven't gone in. Have been on live chat and rang them several times with no joy. Where do the funds come from? Moshi01

Easy to use and load winnings

Absolutely horrendous...I've been waiting over 5 6 weeks for a reply in regards to a self exclusion that has expired...I provided documents to prove funding and was told they passed it on to the right department and told to wait 5 days...that was 2 weeks ago...I've sent further emails , replied to current chain emails as well no reply nothing, you are wrongfully not restoring my account and won't even reply to me...what the hell is wrong with you? And before you ask me to send an email I already did...and still no reply! I'm waiting and waiting and nothing...why are you treating a customer of many years so disgustingly

If you look at the good reviews recently you will notice that they have all been redirected. That is because 888 who won Costa now cannot rely on people giving a good review without their interference. Those people that have given a good review have obviously been asked to after a rare good win. Friday games now have odds of 1400-1 to win anything on a game. Do yourself a favour and save your extra cash as the old cassava sites will just take your money now they are 888 and the slots won’t payout as people are abandoning the sites in droves now (ignore the Friday rooms figured as the moment they went live there were already 2,500+ people with tickets in each room, rather gives the game away doesn’t it) I have read your reply, it’s not a case of me losing, it’s a case of letting people that sign up to one site such as Costa and letting them know that other people have signed up to another 20+ sites besides having just the one bingo site. So if they deposited £10 into each of the 20 (and you encourage that by sending emails from sister sites) that is £200 it costs each person to get a fair chance of winning like many of the others. You do not tell people this when signing up. You do not advertise that there are loads of other sites (yours) members, often the same people and hence you encourage what you claim to be trying to help. I personally did not lose but I can imagine many that do just thinking they are signing up to a bingo site. Hardly fair if you don’t advise new customers what they are entering into.
