It was not clear how the order would be delivered. I expected a package to be delivered in the mail for my granddaughter to be able to open on her birthday. I got an email saying it was delivered digitally only and I could download it. That’s not what I wanted. I am dissatisfied with this.

I ama grieving mother. Thought this was something that would help me. This was every misleading and end result caused me more pain. They did refund my money quickly and were not rude. I wouldn’t recommend this
