Cosmonova has the most unique gift anyone can ever buy to show how much some people in one's life stand out as blessed amazing friends, family etc. I literally reached for the stars! The Public Relations is absolutely professional and caring. I'm a mess when it comes to technology and I made a mistake. I explained I forgot to ask for the Certificate with star name and the Cosmonova star map. They contacted me asap and sent me two invoices so I could receive the items! I'm so elated with everything! This website is such a great idea for sentimental gifts. i got one for a friend who lost his grandpa and so i named the star after his grandpa for him to remember. i had such a great experience on the website and it was so easy to do. highly recommend.

Incredible customer service. The post office failed to adequately stick a missed delivery on door- found in yard with no other attempts made. Not this companies fault but when I explained the situation and that the post office claimed it was sent back, they corrected the situation and made sure my son still got his gift. Class act organization with a GREAT product.
