Horrible customer service...i placed an order on may 22nd 2019 and on the site it stated that it would be delivered within 10 to 12 buisness days...it us now june 22nd 2019 still nothing. Sent emails nothing...thanks for ruining the birthday gift..now i must scramble to get something else. Your customer service is horrible...

Okay, so I purchased a star and paid extra to get a certificate mailed to me. An e-mail sent saying that it would be sent within 3 days. It’s now been a week and a half and there has not been a single other email giving updates.
