CosmodyReviews of cosmody.com

Poor quality product was delivered without directions. They have a return policy, but you need to pay for shipping outside of country. Shipping is more than price of product. Don't order from this company. Scam!

This company has a built in scam to cause duplicate orders if you make ANY change to quantity of items or sizes BEFORE clicking the purchase button. I am stuck with 6 LED boards that get very hot THEY ARE NOT GOOD FOR KIDS. The board needs to be tethered to a USB port to use. This company would NOT allow me to cancel the duplicate order that I had no idea I placed until it hit my credit card. You can not call anyone only email. DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY THROUGH INSTAGRAM. I have also deleted my Instagram as they are part of this scam.

Ordered two "large" and one small boards from cosmody.shop on Oct 25, 2025. What arrived did not match the pictures on the website. Flimsy plastic folding stands, cheap and very short markers in limited colors, not the ones on the website, no wall plug for the USB cord, and cleaning it with the supplied cloth doesn't work worth a damn, had to wash it in water and dish soap or Windex to get the marks off. Cheap LED light strip with short cord, none of this matches the descriptions or pictures on the website. I filed a complaint on the website, which is an online form and have received no response. There is no phone number or address. They have a 30-day return policy, so I guess they will ignore my complaint and claim I didn't file it in time? Paid a lot for this cheap product and would never give this as a gift. Bait and swap false advertising and there is no way to get my money back. It is a SCAM!

No simple way to contact company for concerns. NO PHONE # AVAILABLE. Ordered 2 Lumi Boards, get one FREE, October 20, 2025. A free gift was given with order. Delivery was to be 5/7 business days. So far, no product. I tried to contact company through email. Keep getting an ‘ email invalid ‘ comment regarding my email address. However, company is still contacting me regarding how I can track my order( can’t access ) and telling me a partial order was delivered on November 7, 2025. No such order has arrived. I’m simply tired of the run-around. I want to cancel my order completely, be credited ANY AND ALL COSTS charged to me. Beware of something that looks too good to be true and makes it impossible to get Assisstance when something goes wrong. Bad business ethics. Wanda Cogan

Awful. I'm in Australia. Purchased months ago. Slow arrival and returns made impossible due to high postage costs to go back to USA. this is as close to a scam as possible. The products are coming from China. They are overpriced. Please don't use Cosmody. Use Amazon AU instead. DONT BUY Cosmody Lumiboard drawing light box
