So my first few days after ordering I was furious, I had paid for expedited shipping and had not received my package in time and thought I was being frauded when I could not access my account on their site. I called twice and sent an email with no response. I am so over bad business and the time it removes from my life to attempt to resolve these types of things. The shipping label was created 4 days after I ordered and it didn't show that it had shipped yet at all for days. Then one day, I woke up to an email stating I had received a refund of my shipping costs, an apology from the company for not shipping sooner and later that day the package showed up, It was by far the best bundle I have yet to receive from anyone. Not full of crap but exactly what was promised, new and recently released makeup as described..packed so nice and thoughtfully. I will order from them again!

I loved how each items was carefully wrapped or packaged nicely and none of the items were damaged. I wish that some of the foundations were not expired for 2 years. Also, I liked that I received a variety of different items.
