order received crushed so badly split boxes drills missing customer service non existantant asked for help with a previous order complete silence my recommendation is DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY that way you wont be disappointed

Orders arrived in timely manner. I must commend the company on their customer service. We had a minor problem on one order and they responded in less than 24 hours and did so until resolved. The matter was resolved to our satisfaction.

I ordered 1 diamond art painting on 2/22/22 and I never received it. The company tracking claims it was delivered on 4/2/22. I have NOT received it yet. I asked customer service for the following options 1. full-refund 2. Send a replacement 3. Provide a store credit. None of these options were offered to me. Very disappointed with customer service.
