Ordered around the 5th January was told my order would be shipped by the 20th January. It still had not been shipped by that date. I contacted them they said they were on holiday For 12 days. My package arrived yesterday. Not impressed with the way they do business.

Received several diamond paintings for Christmas and after an initial look to see if everything is there I started on one. After completing that one I started the next, only to find the sticky part came off with the cover. There is no way I can do this but the returns policy is 10 days after receipt.
