The shipping carrier is unreliable and what is complained about most during these reviews. A reputable company, if Cosara falls into that category, would address the issues and make changes to keep their customers happy. I can't say if the product is worth a penny cuz I'm still waiting on it and the tracking does not update. Stuck on shipping label created. I believe I will not open and return the items because of the poor service.

I placed one order and never received an update on delivery, so I thought i must not have placed the order and proceeded to place an order price was higher than first offer. Then I received an update on first order and immediately requested the order be canceled...nothing. Package was delivered and I asked to return with a return form was difficult to add attachment but finally sent it off. only to find they charged a restocking fee plus another fee which reduced my refund by $24. It feels great I admit but turning it on and off is so difficult. For some reason the buttons kinda work randomly. A couple times I gave up turning it on and just manually used it without vibration. Also I’ve had to leave it running in the sock drawer until the battery died. Annoying as hell in the moment
