I purchased Cosan water filtration system Jan 2017. I use it everyday and love it. In April 2018 I received a 15% off coupon reminding me to purchase and change my now year old filters. I missed the deadline! to use the coupon. Bummer. But, how proactive of Cosan to remind then entice me to purchase filters (supposed to be changed every 6 mos or so)! I wrote an email thanking them and hoping to know when another great coupon would come out. I received an email promptly offering me 10% off as I recently retired and let them know any savings would help. They worked with me while also being nice. I love the response time and actions!

Works very well for us .We have well water with a good amount of sulfur,and it tastes great coming through the filter!

Made my water taste great, when I had questions they were very responsive!

Three of us drank the water exclusively from the water system all throughout the day. We noticed after about a year that each of us had developed stomach issues. I suggested we stop drinking it for a week and stick to our filtered water out of the refrigerator. All of our issues resolved within a week.

This appliance has been awesome! We installed it in our laundry room with the faucet connection because we didn’t want to drill through our countertop in the kitchen. The water is delicious and I know I’m doing good things for my body.
