I bought my Pure Hydration System last October 2018. The connection set-up was from a Culligan RO system. I followed the installation procedure from the Cosan YouTube video. Bought a couple of reducers to connect to my existing RO unit. My whole family was drinking from this set-up since it was first installed until last Saturday(March 9); my wife asked me to check the PH value and found out to be only 7. Checked the water coming from the faucet and it’s higher than 7. Is the RO unit affecting the filters of the Pure Hydration? I’m confused. Need your help.

Love the water. Set up is easy. We have very little counter space, so we had to set below the sink. This means a different set up, and the water does not immediately turn off. It takes about 15 seconds as it dribbles to a stop.

Affordable, had to pay to have it installed under sink leading to a separate faucet. Glad it is not sitting on my countertop. The filter that produces the H2 water seems to stop doing that before 3 months. This is disappointing, but I'm glad to have the H2 water some of the time.

This machine does a good job on the extremely hard water in my area. I can’t fairly rate since the taste isn’t ideal, it’s tolerable when chilled. Cosan is simple to install, takes very little space very user friendly. For the price I would reccomend if your tap water isn’t too hard.

The water is fantastic and the only complaint in the office has been the speed of the water distribution and the water temperature(apparently most of my coworkers like cold water to drink)

Works very well for us .We have well water with a good amount of sulfur,and it tastes great coming through the filter!
