Great transport service, very careful

I wish I had started with Corsia. I first booked with a competitor who took a $289 deposit, then canceled their carrier within a few hours and kept my deposit. It took them several days to find a replacement. That second driver showed up late, demanded an extra $600 on the spot and couldn’t speak English at all — we had to use a translator app the entire time. When we refused the surprise fee, the carrier left. The company still charged me a $249 cancellation fee, even though their own driver walked away. I’m still fighting them and the credit card company over it. Corsia, thankfully was the opposite experience. Communication was clear from the start. I got consistent text and email updates, the team coordinated with the driver instead of leaving it on me, and support actually answered questions. Pickup and drop-off were punctual and professional. Yes, Corsia’s quote was higher than some of the bargain brokers. After what I just went through, that difference felt like the cost of reliability and peace of mind. If you want a smooth auto transport experience from start to finish, skip the headache I had and go with Corsia.

Shipped a vehicle from Indiana to California with no surprises, hassles or issues. Corsia staff from sales to operations was responsive and professional. Carrier was operated by Safe Auto Transport - also a responsive and professional company. Don't waste your time with Navi, Nexus, Montway, etc.

Wonderful experience start to delivery! I have used several auto brokers, and this is by far the best! I transported a vintage car in an enclosed trailer, and ended up changing the delivery address the day before. Great communication and really worked to accommodate my delivery timeline. The driver was very nice and professional too. 5 Stars all around!
