Good customer service
Good customer service, vehicle was picked up and transported with no issues. Would highly recommend. Will use them again in the future.

The company was very easy to work with…
The company was very easy to work with and I would use them again BUT maybe not the same company that picked up my car. The driver did not get to my home until 9:30PM he backed the car out onto my street and it was too dark even with flashlights to throughly check out the vehicle. My car was covered in dust even though it was in an enclosed trailer. The trailer was not that great kind of pieced together. But if you do not mind that than no big deal. I would not transport a high dollar car with this enclosed transporter. The driver and company was trying to make an extra $100 a couple of times make sure you count your cash in front of him and watch him count it back.

Corsia Lined It All Up Corsia lined everything up for us and charged us a fair price. No hidden surprises, no extra fees. That was really worth it! Kia from Calif to ATL
It all went well. I would say 8 out of 10. Maybe a bit better communication about the deposit and balance payment. I thought I had paid all in full at the first time you took my credit card. Also a little better communication from drivers. I didn’t like the 10:30 PM pick-up when it was originally going to be 6PM.

I iwould use this company again!
I had never shipped a car before so I did some research on many companies and chose Corsia Logistics, and kept my fingers crossed. Everything went very well except the final destination delivery time. I realize that "things" happen and drivers may be late, but he/she should have better contact with the customer and just be honest about the possible delivery time. If it is possibly going to be as late as 10pm just say that so the customer knows what to expect. My car went from Chicago to California, and I know that is no easy commute. Thanks again, I would definitely use your company again:) Judy from Chicago
