This company is bogus!
I placed an order and then, a week later received what looks like a bogus "tracking" order that said that the item (a Kleenex box) was held up in the Netherlands. Then, a week after that, another "tracking order" that said the same thing. I wrote customer service and they said that they had no record of the order, then they wrote again and said that there was a problem with the order. They gave a link to use to write customer service, but it wasn't a real link. DON'T TRUST THE 5 STAR REVIEWS!! Don't order from this company!! ALSO: It's been another week and I still don't have the merchandise. Two and a half weeks since I ordered it. This is a Chinese company but the fake "tracking order" says that it's being shipped from the Netherlands and that the Kleenex box has been held up in customs. I asked for a refund and they refused, saying that they won't issue a refund because it's already on its way to me. Again, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Added: After I asked for a refund and was refused, and then contacted PayPal to file a complaint, I finally did get the product after 3 weeks of waiting and weird tracking updates (some said the item was coming from the Netherlands, some said it was coming from China). It was slightly damaged and had no return information. I also have suddenly been getting a lot of phishing scam emails to the email address I used. I will never buy anything from this company again!! I want to make sure that others don't get taken by them.
