I placed an order six weeks ago and still haven’t received it. The update emails on shipping look fake and the tracking numbers are not linked to ANY shipping company. When I email asking about this I get a reply with a different tracking number but no response to my request for a tracking company. Pretty sure the higher ratings on here are fake since the wording in each is very similar. I will be reporting this purchase to the fraud department of my credit card.

Site claims: Shipping 5-6 bussiness (sic) days from a local warehouse. BS. Took over a month and came from Ireland. Also indicated that the agave plants came with anchors to hold them to the ground. None came. I submitted a "request for refund" and was told there was nothing wrong and that they couldn't control logistics. Then why do they claim what they do? Also, they use "Last day of sale!" but that's been up for nearly two months. Lies and shadiness. Their customer "support" does reply quickly, though. DO NOT USE.

I made an online purchase on 07 September (from what I thought was a company with an American address) and began receiving upsates It was coming from abroad The item has left here/your item has arrved here/your item is in transit and so on and so on. Finally in beginning of October the item landed in Rhode Island, USA. It didn't arrive in October. It didn't arrive in November. It hasn't arrived as of 05 December. The Correspondu people keep offering "stroking head" letters saying how awful it must be and how they will look into the problem. Two months of nothing and no package. I've learned one lesson and that is not to buy online from a company that is not based in or does not ship from the USA.

I ordered Agave plant back in September.. Received Order Confirmation then tracking updates. Mine stated tracking in Italy then to Italy custom then shipping to US then US Custom, Now at Oak Ridge Tenn shipping in us that was on 10/23/2024. From other Reviews sounds like a scam. Going to contact PayPal and request refund as nor product has arrived.

Ordered 3 Metal Agave plants on September 3. My card was charged immediately but I have not received my order and have been unable to contact the vendor. I will be challenging the charge on my card if I am not contacted within the week with information. Glenn Ellison, Palm Springs 92262

If I can give a negative stars, I would. They are a scam. I ordered the agave plants in Jun 24. Here we are at the end of August and still no package. I have sent several emails for which they reply, EVERYTIME, we apologize we are making every attempt to locate your package. It's been sitting for over a month in Billings, US. Basically, they steal your money. STAY CLEAR of this company. They are thieves. UPDATE: I received my items. But was short 1 and 2nd package was damaged. I ask myself how I was able to receive my package so quick after writing this review. Why did it take months but somehow after this review, it took a week or two. I still stand by rating.

Would be a lower rating if possible. Ordered an ANTI-Rust Tequila Agave Plant decoration on a Flash Sale. I was invoiced for one amount, but then they charged my credit card even more. I immediately asked them to CANCEL the order and return my money. I was done! Correspondu said I needed to contact the actual supplier. They told me it was a computer glitch and they would return my money. They kept adding days to when I could expect the overcharge but refused to cancel the order. Claimed it had just shipped. That was April 17th. Then I received a tracking-hub.com fake shipping info. Of course, it was overseas. It supposedly finally made it to the US, but now nothing. I stopped getting shipping updates last week (30 days out). I had started a dispute with Synchrony Credit and they completed their dispute, despite there telling me it would be 60 days. Synchrony said, I did not try to work it out with the Merchant despite my sending them MANY document copies. Today is 5/21/2024 and I have not received my item. I did cancel that credit card but now thinking about going with a new credit card company too. I asked them to cancel the "Pending" amount when it first showed up and I suspected FRAUD. WTH - Save yourself the headache and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CORRESPONDU.COM. UPDATE: I just received a NEW and very different tracking number and tracking company to follow. OMG.
