Hi Eppler Trucking, Thanks so much for taking the time out to write a review. We're so happy to hear that you're happy with the contents of your corporate kit. By your description of the binder, I can see that you ordered one of our vinyl corporate kits. We're so sorry if the quality of the book wasn't as expected. we never want a customer to be unhappy with the binder despite being happy with the contents. We do have other binder options available so if you would like to switch to a different binder please let us know and we would be happy to accommodate you in doing so. Thank you so much for your business and thank you for your feedback. Sincerely, Paige Corpkit Legal Supplies
