Dear The Transporter, Inc. We are sorry for any confusion. We have pulled the internet order placed on May 17th for the The Transporter, Inc. to find that the order failed. The order was missing the billing address so the internet marked the order as failed and states the address field is missing or incorrect. When placing the order this screen would have came up letting you know that the order would have incomplete and also an email would be sent to you. We're sorry that it did not go through, but please try again by ordering and filling out all the necessary fields. If you have any problems please don't hesitate to contact our customer service department and they will walk you through to get the order completed for you. They are here from 9 am-6pm est. Thank you and we hope to get this processed for you and out for you. Sincerely, Paige Corpkit Legal Supplies

Dear Customer, We're so sorry you were unsatisfied with your recent interaction with our customer service team. I have pulled your recent order and see you had ordered a Royal Estate Planning Kit, not the Stocktracer program. We hope that the Estate Planning Kit lived up to your expectations. In regards to our Stocktracer program I understand you're inquiring about purchasing the program and have spoken to our customer service and tech team about doing so because you would like it in a different format. We would be happy to do so for you and recommend purchasing the product online and we will move forward with getting it over to you right away. We sent you over the 30 day free trial for you to test out yesterday. We hope you're enjoying the product. We're also sorry that you were unhappy with our website and have emailed you to get better feedback about how we can improve it in the future to better serve our customers. We're sorry if any confusion arose, but we hope to get you out the Stocktracer program that you're looking for. Please let us know if there is anything we can help you with and thank you for your recent business. We also thank you for reaching out to our customer service team. Sincerely, Paige Corpkit Legal Supplies
