Alan, I'm so very sorry to hear your experience. I would like to personally apologize that you did not receive the revised title page and I was not even aware of this issue. I am going to personally reach out to you privately to see if there is anyway we could make this terrible experience better. I just want you to know that the process transitioning Atlas customers into our system has been very difficult because we did not receive customer information for many of their customers (including yours). The customer ID issue was because we gave all Atlas customers a generic customer ID number and once we received their information we were able to give them a personal ID number. The mix up was because your invoice was under the generic number and had not yet been changed to have your new Id number. That is what it wasn't able to be found. We apologize for the mix up. Our slipcases are different from Atlas, but we actually received flimsier quality slipcases in the inventory they had sent us. Ours are made with a more heavy duty product. Despite this no one should be unhappy with their product or service and we would really like to make this right. I hope that there is a way we can fix this and fix your experience.
