Hi, We're so sorry to hear that you feel that it takes a long time to receive the book. We process your order and we make sure everything is accurate before we ship it out to you. It may remain on hold if we have further questions to make sure that we only send you the most accurate product. We ship out using the postal service normally meaning the kit is sent to you in minimal time by using their services. It should take 2-3 days to receive the kit and we're actually surprised because this is the first time we have heard this comment. We do offer other shipping options if you do so prefer that and we would love to accommodate you in any way we can. We're going to reach out to you personally to discuss this shipping issues and see if there is anything we can do to further assist you. We're so sorry to hear about your disappointment, but we appreciate your business and you taking the time out to write the review. Sincerely, Paige Jansen Corpkit Legal Supplies

Hi Jim Giordano, We're so sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with our presentation of our product. Our product is indeed for new clients starting a business, but the watermarking on each paper is to benefit the customer receiving these items. By watermarking the paper, this ensures documents cannot be copied by anyone. Our certificates are also copy protected to ensure the same thing and safety for the purchaser. We have reached out to you to further explain our product and we are so sorry it wasn't the right fit for you, but the safety of our buyers is the utmost important thing to us. It was also discussed further that our certificates have our company name on the bottom of them in order to give authorities the ability to get pertinent information is illegal activity occurs with the certificates we sell. It also an additional safety factor. I hope that although the product wasn't what you're looking for that our service and handling of the product was up to par as it seems there wasn't a bad experience with our service. Thank you for ordering from us and again we're sorry for the dissatisfaction with your kit, but we hope you do find a provider that does exactly what you need. Thanks again, Paige Jansen Corpkit Legal Supplies
