I have 3 policy's with them (what a mistake)... Stay away!! they are the worst.. customer services is the worst ever you have so many choices for life insurance the last one is corebridge. They tricked me on a policy that is not what they sold me .. on a different policy I tried to cancel 4 times they keep billing me even after the cancelation! Shame on them!

I Received benefitary claim packet after my mother's death with claim number, information on from them. After returning packet with all info required.. they claim my name is not on policy as beneficiary and hang up on me. . I know I am benifitiry, was informed by her before passing and packet they mailed me was proof I was listed... Hangup Has happened multiple times and i can get no help

I am receiving past due "Grace Period" notices or a policy payment which was paid (funds cleared my bank and Corebridge web site reflects that payment has been received. Payment was made about three weeks ago, still receiving notices. On hold again, recording states

I am surrendering my account and the plan administrator sent all of everything in to them and I texts message stating that my signature was blank. I called them and they argued me down saying it was blank and I was looking at the document and my signature was on there. These ppl are full of it.

I had filed to surrender my policy on 4/14/24 and it says 7 to 10 days. Well come tomorrow it will be a month. Just keeping getting the run around from this company. It is the worst. If I could I would rate them a 0.

Worst financial company I have ever dealt with. They have a very small amount of a retirement account that was set up decades ago by a former employer. I have been trying for 2 months now to get them to close the account and send me my money. I spent 16 minutes on the phone before I could talk to a human. Only to learn that the documentation that they requested and I completed including all notarized signatures 2 months ago (I sent it to them because they said I had to send it back to them) has not even been processed because "I" am supposed to get the plan administrator's signature? ME? But you hold the funds from the plan? I work with Nationwide, Fidelity, Vanguard....I will never use this company nor will I recommend them. Additionally, I will file a complaint with the BBB.

If I could give this company a -10 star I would. Worst customer service you will ever receive while they are glad to hold your money hostage. FA doesn't return calls or email. 800 number will not help. They will send you right back the FA that doesn't return calls or emails.

this company is full of it! They tried to say my trust account wasn't old enough but it's a year old!!! They have terrible customer service and they keep saying that they can't do anything that same day they can't make a call to fix even though you work for said company. I really wish my parents did not use this company!
