Worst customer service ever. My cash withdrawal was deposited in the wrong checking account and no one at Corebridge noticed. It took a one hour long phone call from me to get them to acknowledge the error . I am currently on my seventh day and third phone call waiting to receive a supposedly overnighted replacement check delivery.

Horrible!!!!! How this company is in business is beyond me. Shame on AIG for selling my annuity to this awful company. I have been trying since June 10th to pay off an outstanding loan on my annuity and withdraw the remaining balance. Customer service reps have given me misinformation over and over again. They do not know what they are doing. I have spoken to a supervisor (I think) 3 times now and they don't seem to know what they are doing. Crossing my fingers I can even get my money from these con artists. Major training is needed by the entire company.

It was an absolutely horrible experience. Terrible client service and unstated costs. Infinitymetrix is what I suggest instead. They provide free withdrawals, prompt service, and other features.

Filed death claim after my father's death. Rep said he was going on vacation and his "wife would be mad". Stated help desk not helpful. Claims " lost in the mail". Sent communication to an email other than my own. Sent claim forms with policy numbers on them to an address my brother vacated 12 years ago, despite being repeatedly given correct info. Finally got payment, 5 months after my father's death. Will only invest $$$$ with institutions I can meet with face to face. Do not use these people, ever.

Sent in completed and signed Annuity Withdrawal Request form. Printed all the pages, including instruction page, just so nothing was missing! Receive back in the mail a notice the delivery method page was missing. Absolutely impossible that is was not included with original mailed in request. Based on reviews posted, this appears to fall in line with the experience of others who have left reviews.

My grandmother's policy lapsed because CoreBridge changed her mailing address. During their address verification process to an older address she had on file, because of this the payor/beneficiary never received payment notices and the life insurance was cancelled due to non-payment and all information in regard to the policy was sent to an old address. I called in to have address changed and a POA form needed to be completed which CoreBridge states they never received...fast forward while trying to get my grandmother's policy reinstated- she passed away with no coverage. I called to find out cash value since policy lapsed and was told 3 different stories and customer service have been giving me the runaround for three weeks. Customer Service is horrible, unhelpful and they don't address questions that you have but just pushes you off to some email address that doesn't respond for weeks- there is no direct phone to speak with someone about your policy information and the person that you are on the phone within customer service has no clue. I told them my policy specifically stated there was cash value- they even sent a check with the policy lapsed to my grandmother's old address, now they tell me there is no cash value for a whole life policy. When asked about when they sent a check or check numbers so I can verify if they were ever received or cashed- they could not provide that information. I paid on the policy for 5 years and got nothing- so I paid over 7,000 dollars -you would do better in pre-paying for a funeral with all of that money than relying on this company to manage this for you. Run!!!! Don't do business with them. They will take your money and not help you in the event of a death.

In case of emergency they make it almost impossible to receive your money! You can’t close your account and processing back office team makes several mistakes!

Do not invest your money into this company!! I have an annuity and an IRA through them, which was supposed to be activated March 1st of this year to help with my social security when I retired. I have been fighting with them for almost 6 months, attempting to get my money paid out when it is supposed to be paid out. Sometimes it's deposited into my account, sometimes it isn't. This month they claimed that they released it, although it was never deposited into my account. This makes things very difficult when you're retired and on a fixed income. I am going to be transferring my accounts to a different financial company and if I need to get an attorney involved, I most certainly will. They are unprofessional, inept, and unqualified to handle people's money! Again, DO NOT INVEST IN THIS COMPANY!!!!!
