This might be the worst company that I've ever worked with in any industry. They make it almost impossible to transfer your money out of their account, for example when rolling over from a Corebridge 401(k) to a third party IRA account. It's taken me 2 months and I'm still waiting, after submitting multiple forms, having them signed by my spouse, my employer, and by Corebridge AND having to have the request notarized by a notary - only to find out that they sent me the wrong form and I have to do it all again. The number of hoops they make you jump through just to get YOUR money borders on fraud. I swear, they do this deliberately in order to hang on to your money as long as possible because they don't want to lose your funds.

Raque,l corebridge Investigator because of her they need to shut this company down,and you can go with it.This is the worst company I ever known listening to the agent that signed me on.How in the world they screw a policy up making my incompetent Uncle owner,then they make you go through all the trouble after I sent my notarized Poa to them now she tells me that I need a affidavit notarized.I'll never referred nobody to this company now she's giving me the runaround.If it wasn't for my Uncle paying into this company I'll say let's go Im so frustrating write now.

I was initially with Valic which switched to Corebridge. I have been a customer for 25+ years. In that time, the agent who was in charge of my investments was easy to reach and always helpful. However, during that time, I felt like my investments were stagnant. Unless I contacted and asked to look at where I was invested, my account was never reviewed. But the biggest issue came when trying to roll over my account from Corebridge to another company. That was a nightmare. I’m not even sure Corebridge agents know how to do it! There needs to be an easier way and a clear path of how to manage a roll-over because the plan that this company has now is anything but clear!

Do not recommend Corebridge Financial. Zero customer support, poor management of life insurance policies, faulty website and tech support, policy mismanagement, the list goes on. Please save yourself the disappointment and headache in dealing with an uncaring, poorly managed company like Corebridge Financial. I give them zero stars.

Our simple policy was bought 51 years ago. Now that we’ve had a death, everything has gone ridiculously. We filled out the paperwork they requested and mailed it back certified. 2 weeks later we receive more forms in the mail saying “fill these out”. We called AG and they tell us that we put the wrong contract holders name and contract # on the form. WHAT?? So we ask what name was it showing?? They give us a name we’ve never heard of. Apparently THEY mixed up the papers and now they are giving us the run around. Their website says they will give us the required forms depending on the policy we have, which they did. But now with this other contract mixed with ours, they want all these unnecessary forms. It’s very simple, husband and wife who had one child. It’s not a lot of money and there isn’t a bunch of people trying to get their hands on it. What a bunch of idiots!! Like the other poster said, take our money quick….but a big headache to get back what you were paying in on. Just admit…you screwed up!

Totally F´d up. I assume they have their thousands of employees because they are so far able to keep some sort of scam or pyramid scheme going. I have been waiting months for a death beneficiary claim to be paid.

I would give them a zero if I could. The financial advisor gave me incorrect information about signing his name on a loan request and delayed the process by days. Corebridge itself doesn't provide email or electronic updates so I had to call to find this out. Really lousy interface with customers.

Core ridge was rude and would not send me a form i needed to transfer funds. The "servicemember" would not transfer me to a supervisor and basically denied my ability to access my own money.
