Absolutely horrible customer service! Took almost 4 weeks and many phone calls to get a disbursement. Lots of lip service. NO ACTUAL SERVICE! I would not eat in a restaurant with a 1.5 star review, and these people are overseeing a chunk of my retirement savings. SCARY!

You must have an ONLINE account in order to manage, or even see, your assets. I have been trying to get this access since January when I notifed my Corebridge financial advisor that I moved. Since then, I have waited patiently to be transferrd to a new advisor (I changed states), spoken with many people and have given the same info over and over; now my account locked!! They only get one star because you're not allowed to give none.

The absolute worst experience. I am currently on hold for the 4th phone call. Wait times for all calls have been over 30 minutes. The agent hung up on me on the third call. I'm calling to get specific instructions on filling out forms. With each call, I do exactly what I am told, and then I get a letter saying it's wrong. The last letter failed to include the form that was said to be included. I have been given zero information on the policy, other than it's somehow related to two family members who passed away 7 and 11 years ago. I never knew it even existed. I would give this company a negative 100 if I could.

I could write a lot about our poor experience with this company, but just read all of the numerous BAD one star reviews from others. There are a lot of them! I will mention that all calls I made to their customer service went to the Philippines. I spoke with people who were very hard to understand and not particularly helpful. I asked to speak with an American agent but instead was transferred to a "supervisor" who promised to send me a form, but never did!

If I could give it a no star I would. We simply tried to roll over an annuity into a vanguard Ira. Well you would think that was simple….the only thing simple was being left on hold forever. After all the paperwork was in and they verified everything was fine they still sent a check and withheld taxes. I have dealt with incompetence before but this outfit is fighting for top billing in that department. DO NOT GIVE COREBRIDGE FINANCIAL ANY MONEY. Stay away!

The underwriters for this company are morons. My policy was denied for term life insurance due to credit decisions. I have NO bankruptcy, NO judgements, and have EXCELLENT HEALTH. Very ironic to be denied insurance, but approved for a mortgage. What standards does COREBRIDGE follow. Seems unethical and basis. I guess that’s why they took almost 3 months to do an intense and thorough research on me. WOWWWW

I sent my husband’s claim packet to Corebridge via FedEx Priority Overnight on February 17, 2026. It was received by Corebridge on February 19, 2026 at 9:22am signed by a D. Davis. The address I sent it to is: Corebridge Financial - Production#2 5575 Venture Dr/Unit D/Dock Door 21 Parma OH. 44130 As of today March 5, 2026. Corebridge shows it hasn’t been received even though when it’s tracked it shows delivery on Feb. 18th at 9:22am. Corebridge customer service SUCKS! I need an answer now why it is not in their system. COREBRIDGE LOST MY PACKET!! I NEED ANSWERS NOW!! It’s hard enough dealing with my husband’s sudden death but to have Corebridge mess things up to this extent is criminal.

Terrible, taking over 2 months to do a 403b to IRA rollover. For a reason NO ONE could explain, 95% of the money rolled over immediately, been trying to get the final balance to be rolled over for over a month. Every time I call I am on the phone for an hour and told everything is fine the money will be rolled over in 1-5 business days. Ridiculous, expect a long battle with them to get your money out.
