I ordered two bracelets and two pairs…
I ordered two bracelets and two pairs of flip flops. They were beautiful. The craftsmanship was excellent. The service with Coravana was efficient with emails being responded to in a timely manner. I needed my package for the 6th of December and it was delivered on the 5th. I was very happy

I was billed for multiple items with…
I was billed for multiple items with the attempt to purchase one, resulting in a nearly 300 dollar bill. I have not received anything in the mail as of yet. I was told this would be resolved rapidly, but upon tracking my item (2 weeks after purchase) it is in Israel. The checkout process for this company is horrible and confusing as they add items to basket w out user permission. Buyer beware.

Hello there, we apologize if you have billed for duplicated items. Below is might be the reasons why you have experienced it in your payment. 1. Recently, we had an issue with our system that triggered this unnecessary marketing ad in our Check out Page due to the high volume of orders for the past months. We have identified and fixed the problem already. 2. You might add multiple items on your cart, and you haven't noticed the quantity of it. 3. You placed the items separately. We are not sure if one of the above mentioned is the reason why you have been billed for multiple items. With this, we want to make sure and investigate. Could you provide your order number, please? Coravana so happy I found you
I have been purchasing from Coravana since July. I love how well made the jewelry is made. Each piece is hand crafted and beautifully done!! I have purchased over 15 pieces for gifts and my myself. They also come wrapped in pink leather pouches for storage. The customer service is excellent and the delivery is fast. Perfect for Christmas gifts or ANY occasion!! 👑💍💝

Estoy encantada con la compra que hice!! Después de mucho dudar compré una pulsera, una de estas con cuero y Swarovski y unos pendientes a juego. Enseguida de haber validado el pedido me arrepentí de no haber cogido también la otra con la que dudaba, así que pedí la segunda. La comunicación fue excelente desde el primer momento. Me lo enviaron todo junto y antes de lo previsto. La calidad muy buena, lo mismo que ves en las fotos y vídeos. Las joyas son súper bonitas, glamourosas, pero con un toque desenfadado. Lo recomiendo totalmente. Formales, buena comunicación, excelente producto... un diez!!
