From the moment I placed my order, Coravana was in contact with me. I knew exactly where my beautiful bracelets were at any time of the day. There was a slight delay at Amsterdam but this was because of availability of flights to South Africa. I re-scheduled and my goodies arrived on time. They are magnificent and beautiful items.
