I strongly advise against purchasing from this business. I spent nearly $300 on livestock, but my order failed to arrive on the scheduled delivery date. When I contacted customer service regarding the shipping delay, they blamed UPS tracking and provided unhelpful, evasive responses. I ultimately never received my order and was only able to secure a refund after threatening a chargeback.

Stay away from this company they will steal your money and send you a dead item in the mail and offer you no refund.

This place is a joke. Dont waste your money. You wont get what you order and what you do get is the worst quality ive received in 6 years of reefing avoid this store and any of the false reviews and just go to your local fish store

Made a purchase on Black Friday. Paid for DOA insurance. Received the package on Friday 12/5 within 20 minutes of delivery. Very poorly packaged with everything ice cold and in cloudy, leaking bags. All of the corals had fallen out of the broken pieces of styrofoam that were supposed to be holding them safely. I’ve never seen coral shipped in this manner. Contacted customer support immediately to report DOA and asking for direction to make a claim. Received an email indicating that they were closed for “Thanksgiving” and to call contact during regular business hours? Again, this was Friday, 12/5 during their reported business hours. Today, I got an email indicating that I didn’t submit the claim within the allowed timeframe or per the terms and that I’m out of luck. That was my last order and I’m unable to recommend any company with this type of customer service.

If I could give this company less than one star review, I definitely would. Spent $400 almost on corals, and only one showed up alive. The whole mess was stinky. I put it in the tank and tried to save some of it. One $8 frag survived. I tried contacting them, and they tried this bullshit about "well, you didn't buy shipping insurance." And you didn't contact us within 4 hours of receiving the package. Guess what? I was trying to give them a chance to survive in the tank before I reached out. Do not buy corals from this company.

Where do I even start? I ordered live corals, expecting the healthy, vibrant specimens promised. What I got instead was a total "cat in the bag" disaster. The corals arrived crushed, upside down, and completely soaked because the bags had leaked all over the box. The water was murky and cloudy - a sure sign that they care less about customers and themselves. Oh, and to make things worse? Several items were completely missing. But wait - it gets better. I reached out to customer service immediately, only to receive an automated response stating that they were short-staffed. On a weekday. During business hours. I didn’t hear back until I threatened to contact my bank and dispute the charge. And even after all that? No real help. Just repeated requests to send photos of this and that, like I hadn't already explained the situation in detail. Meanwhile, I'm stuck with a box of dead corals, a mess on my hands, and no actual support. Their email said "Happy Reefing!" at the bottom. Really? There's nothing happy about this reef or this experience. This was my first and LAST TIME ordering from Corals Anonymous. Buyer beware.
