Without even telling him that I was a notary, Sy knew right away that I was a notary based on the make and model of the printer that I was asking for. I was looking for an HP LaserJet P3015X CE529A. He said that this printer was refurbised with a 1 year warranty. No other reseller gave such a long warranty. Also, this model was made even faster than other printers because the insides had been replaced with that of a faster printer. Also, I explained that we will be on vacation next week, he delayed shipping it until the coming Friday.

First time customer, could not be more pleased with the service from initial contact to the delivered product. Great go to source for printing products. I'll return with all my printing needs.

I bought 3 printers from them and they went above and beyond to help me. From troubleshooting to installation help. One of the best vendors I have bought from. They provide excellent customer service.

Had what I needed at great price

The printer I needed was on National back order. Copyfax probably got the first shipment from Canon and it was almost two weeks earlier then I was quoted. Great going Copyfax!

I run a school and I don't always have time to train employees on new equiptment, Copyfaxes was able to find me the same printer we were using, new printer happy employee...

Ordering is easy and the service is fantastic.

Great customer support. Got just what I needed. Refurbished better than new!!!
