Very easy process. I truly love ny bracelet and ring;however, my ring does not fit any finger but the pinky and then it slipped off the other day. How can I fix this?

Ordering was easy but I feel i was scammed. On your website your products were listed as American made but my order was shipped from China! The quality was inferior and not handmade as I expected! I was very disappointed and asked for a refund but was denied since I only paid for shipping!
