COPPER & SOUL IS A FRAUD WHY WOULD SOMETHING TAKE 2 MO
I ordered a copper Bracelet from them and i never received my order accordingly to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IT IS A SCAM and you will not get your item you ordered at all. I think COPPER & SOUL OWNER " VERA " IS A FRAUD

This is a scam! Placed my order and now cannot check shippingb or delivery. Company not found online. Have not recieved my order, cannot reach anyone to check it. Out that money. Do not do business withbthem!

VERY UNHAPPY WITH SERVICE AND PRODUCT. NO MAGNETS IN ANY BRACLET(4).
1. Charged alittle over $54 for shipping, I assumed from the US. Since company name is Copper Soul US. I assumed wrong, coming from overseas! 2. After many conversations, promised a refund of alittle over half back!! Still have not received it. Texted again regarding refund, they are checking on it. 3. Still have not received the bracelets I ordered!!!!!! Received today, no magnets in any bracelets(4). DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A SCAM, I FEEL!! 4. Received text stating no returns or refunds due to product quality concerns, even though the do have a refund policy. I did pay for 1 bracelet but disregarded it. Will not give me a return slip so I guess I'm stuck with this stuff!!!!!! They were not helpful at all, SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! 5. I believe they are now COPPER AND SOUL HERITAGE, THATS WHAT HAVE SEEN ON WEBSITE!!!!!

Ordering was easy but I feel i was scammed. On your website your products were listed as American made but my order was shipped from China! The quality was inferior and not handmade as I expected! I was very disappointed and asked for a refund but was denied since I only paid for shipping!
