Ordering was fine. The shipping charges are too high and it takes too long to arrive.

All the merchandise was laid at well. It was very easy to navigate. My one complaint would be not knowing the size of the necklaces. I have a large neck and some of the necklaces I have tried don’t fit. I’m hoping that when you say it’s adjustable that it will fit my neck. I like the looks and really don’t want to have to return it. Since you’re in Sedona, Arizona I hope to be able to visit your store and see all your beautiful jewelry.

I was excited to find some good quality copper products.

Everything went smoothly from looking at the products to ordering.

It was easy to order on the page. Simple to follow and no hidden extras. I was not beseeched to buy extras. I received a simple email advising the order was processed and another email when it was despatched. It was delivered about 2 weeks later. I am in New Zealand and delivery periods are always this long from overseas. I did not get hammered with multiple emails enticing me to buy more. I purchased when there was a "Going out of business" sale. After 40 years. I don't know if this is true. The "handcrafted " copper items were free as long as you paid the shipping. The original stated prices of each bracelet I believe were imaginary. Minimum of $200 USD . Compared to similar products on other websites this seemed excessive. The exchange currency for USD is very expensive compared to NZD . The product received is "purportedly" handcrafted. I felt they did not feel authentic. I do not believe the 2 bracelets were individually made. The copper does not appear to be hand beaten. Appears to be glazed with a coating. I ordered "one size fits all". Funnily the men's bracelet was smaller than the woman's style. As yet we have not noticed any improvement in hand strength, reduction in swelling, or decrease in aches and pains. However I believe you get what you pay for. The shipping fee easily paid for the actual bracelets. They were delivered in individual paper pouches within a small box. No empty wasted space. These reviews are not "really" unprompted. Following purchase you are sent another email from the company. Are you happy with purchase? Your response "Yes" automatically takes you to Trustpilot to make a review. To me that is essentially prompting.

It was easy to go through the process. The only think I did not like was the support Vera. You need to let the customer have a choice of yes or no.
