1. Charged alittle over $54 for shipping, I assumed from the US. Since company name is Copper Soul US. I assumed wrong, coming from overseas! 2. After many conversations, promised a refund of alittle over half back!! Still have not received it. Texted again regarding refund, they are checking on it. 3. Still have not received the bracelets I ordered!!!!!! Received today, no magnets in any bracelets(4). DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A SCAM, I FEEL!! 4. Received text stating no returns or refunds due to product quality concerns, even though the do have a refund policy. I did pay for 1 bracelet but disregarded it. Will not give me a return slip so I guess I'm stuck with this stuff!!!!!! They were not helpful at all, SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! 5. I believe they are now COPPER AND SOUL HERITAGE, THATS WHAT HAVE SEEN ON WEBSITE!!!!!

I just found out who you were several days ago before ordering my copper bracelets. I'm so sorry you are closing your doors. I would have loved to have gotten to know you sooner!!!

Information was clear and detailed. 1 issue when checking on delivery, I couldn't get into the carrier website. Was being advised it was not found. Contacted you and received an answer quickly and provided with information needed.

I have not received my items as of today. But the ordering was easy and hopefully my items will be as good as the pictures.
