During the last 30 days, we've been transitioning to Copper from another CRM. Our biggest concerns were data transfer and user adoption. The team at Copper is amazing. They guided was through data transfer and we are now in better shape than prior to transfer. Vikki, Copper senior onboarding specialist is a gem. She made the process super smooth. User adoption rate is great. With all the automations and Copper's ability to automatically create "companies" and "people" in the data base, our sales team's time is maximized by minimizing administrative work. The relationship with Google is key to it's functionality! Also, the visibility of opportunity status is super helpful so nothing falls through the cracks. We highly recommend Copper as a CRM platform.
