Copper CRM is a great contact manager…
Copper CRM is a great contact manager and client manager. I have used it for almost two years and it integrates very well with my google mail and I have learned to import leads and export to Excel as needed. The big complaint I have is very little specific industry help and support. We used to have a forum where we could ask other users in our field how they were doing and learn from them quickly. Now that is gone. Such a shame.

Target your Market
My comments are limited like my experience with Copper We have been using and employing Copper to our client base for a couple of months now. The more I use the system and understand it's capabilities, the more I like it. Able to send targeted emails to areas I am fixing to visit. So the four start rating only applies to my capabilities, which are expanding with each use.

Love the crm
Love the crm, if i could change anything it would be 2 things, ability to schedule clients through copper and have it sync to google calendar and ability to sync select clients to quickbooks.

We love to hear you're enjoying Copper! Regarding client scheduling, you can actually do this via Google Calendar's "appointment scheduling" feature. My trial was over by less than a week…
My trial was over by less than a week and I didn't fully use the software yet was not permitted to get a refund. [Updated Jan 14] Copper has refunded the cost. I'm updating this review to 4 stars because I greatly appreciate that they followed up and remedied their process that initially declined a refund.

Based on our records, your free trial ended in December, and you purchased an annual subscription in January. Updated Review: Billing Issue Resolved
Update: Copper, to its credit, reached out to us and credited our account. We've updated our review to reflect the company's willingness to address our concern. Shady company. Stay away. We had a subscription with them, attempted to cancel, but still charged an annual fee. There was zero use of the account for over a year. We asked for a refund, and the company refused. There are plenty of other CRMs out there. Choose another one!

Good for small teams running on Google/Gmail
A good tool for small-to-mid-sized businesses running Google Docs. It helped me manage hundreds of target accounts (companies) and hundreds of contacts/leads (people in those companies). Things you might care about: > Email templates that load into your Gmail > Track opens of emails > Track multiple-pipelines (easy to move them around) > Easy to add notes (phone calls, LinkedIn discussions, etc) with prospects
