Very slow on uptake on fixes...brutally slow. Things have improved greatly however. We bought a year too early...

Love the overall product however, support response has much to be desired. Some key functionality missing - ex. Repeating meetings are unsupported.

1) This system allows me to work online integrated to gmail a real +. 2) However when traveling and not on web line - as in downloaded mode I cannot get the same. I need a partly cloudy solution. I understand that data ownership on record level is hard to program. Get an old guy who has done this multiple times in client server models of TP monitors or CICS to advise you of the proper flag and Temp storage architecture. that is a double minus - -. 3) There is no real logging of inserts into the database or deletes or changes that should be or could be rolled back by Database owner. This means that there is no module for backup/archive/recovery and compliance to US or EU law for privacy/security. Backup is not an export to a spreadsheet. 4) Fix message/mail attachment storage. it is ok when you have 50 clients to use external databases, but back to point 3 when you have multiple contacts and media used in contacts for more than 50 contacts, external storage is a disintegrated method. You need a non modifiable log with a single view. item 3&4 are key to your long term tech being on par with Salesforce.

Good idea to integrate with Google, Gmail etc., however managing contacts across mobile devices is cumbersome and syncing issues result in mismatches and gaps between contact lists. Also no business card reader and no way to readily share contact information. Granted, there are 'workarounds' for many of these issues but that means more time needs to be spent 'managing' data....rather than using it. On the plus side, support and customer service are excellent and I believe they might be able to solve some of these issues in future releases.

I have lagging issues when filling out task-notes and a couple other issues with how my contacts are presented to me. Apparently columns are limited and it would be nice if you could add more such as time zone so I could be slightly more efficient when making calls.

Just an ok user experience. Users can't configure their home page dashboard, and company, contact, opportunity records are nested on separate pages instead of flowing in a logical manner in a single page display. Often, it is necessary to click 2 links to get to the intended destination such as full view of a contact record. Activity ticker lists many unnecessary system updates that pollute the page with flotsam that doesn't help manage the sales process. My biggest beef is users can't append email threads captured by PW to the opportunities, so critical pieces of communications related to how the opportunity developed aren't part of the deal record. Likewise, if users send a quote to the customer, that email also can not be appended to the opportunity record. In addition, opportunities can only have 1 client contact. That does not align to the real world. Most often multiple customer contacts are participants, yet there is no way to add the to PW opportunities.
