So the app itself is great. But the card took almost a month to arrive. Then apparently I violated terms of service and my account was cancelled. Which ok totally possible, but there was no communication about why, when, where, nothing. No notification at all. Just went in to check my balance to add more money and my account was closed. No options to fix the issue. Contacted customer service and they couldn’t tell me anything other than it was cancelled. On top of the fact that there is no customer service to speak too. It’s just really weird Imo. I mean I’ve already moved on to another service but talk about lack of customer service. Do business with a real bank if you have options. This one is not the one.

I opened a Copper account for my teen. I connected it to our bank account. We funded her account with $250. As soon as they took the money from our checking account they closed the credit card account down so she can't access the funds. Ugh, they looked like a reputable company. Update: After mutliple phone calls and email I finally received reimbursement but still no explanation of why the account was closed.

I wrote a previous review about how they billed my card after I had, within the terms of our contract, cancelled the service. I initiatied a chargeback via my bank and the amount was repaid. But then a few days ago and one year later they sent me an email cheerfully telling me that they will renew my subscription for this year. I have alerted my bank that they are likely to take payment again and so a charge back will be initiated if they do. Emails to them have not been answered. I am going to contact SF police or CA fraud police - because at this stage it's straight-up fraud.

NO STARS FOR THEM ACTUALLY... NEVER!!!!!!!!! I ONLY HAVE BEEN A MEMBER FOR 2 AND 1/2 MONTHS. SO FAR THEY BEEN STEALING MONEY FROM MY CHILDREN. ITS LIKE STEALING CANDY FROM THE BABIES!! NOW WHO DOES THAT CRAP!! DONT DO IT!!!!!! THEY LIE! THEY CHEAT!! AND THEY STEAL!!

My experience with their support department is the worst I've ever experienced in my career, it's absolutely abysmal and deplorable, I have a lawsuit against them.

Seriously, stay away. The product isn't as advertised and I wasn't offered any sort of compensation for what are blatant lies on their website. I then went to their executive team who offered me a refund, but it has been 3 weeks and EVERY email I send checking the status of it is ghosted. Never have I dealt with a company so shady. They make the mafia look legit.

Scam Artists. They offer no refund what so ever. So if you're on an annual plan, and cancel be aware that even if you cancel the day they take payment they will not refund you. Or you'll cancel and they'll still take payment and then offer no refund. They have zero care for their customers and when you contact them via chat they say you have to raise a ticket via billing, who just send you a link to their refund policy - which isn't a refund policy it's just no refunds. Avoid!

I terminated the auto-renew on the Copper site early in June of this year. Then a week later I got an email from their customer service saying they would renew my account. I replied saying that I had cancelled and asking could they confirm. No reply. Then I manually closed the account on 18th June. I have a screenshot to confirm this with the message 'we're sad to see you go'. Having heard nothing I phoned my bank to ask them to stop the payment. My bank said they couldn't do this as it was a direct debit but they could activate a chargeback via the visa debit system if the charge was taken. Then in July Copper took payment for €180. Emails up to and past this payment have been ignored by Copper. My bank still haven't recovered the payment. Nothing but silence from Copper. They have completely ghosted me since then. This is either incompetence or fraud. I would highly recommend people NOT do business with them.
