We use Prosperworks and we're content
We've been using Prosperworks (Copper) for over a year now, and it is a very solid platform. The company seems to be working diligently to constantly make improvements. We would like to see more targeted customization options as well as more dedicated support for companies like ours.

With time, I'll bet my review will be 5 stars
So far in my new subscription, so good. I love that it often picks up details of a new contact automatically from a gmail email. The software is easy to use, aesthetically pleasing, not confusing. I hesitate to give it a 5 star rating since I haven't used it for long and feel I need further experience. I will say that, compared to the other 4 or 5 CRMs I've tried previously, ProsperWorks appeals to me the most and has far fewer glitches.

ProsperWorks makes easy to build a CRM …
ProsperWorks makes easy to build a CRM for OUR business! I really appreciate the ability to customize many of the features within the app to truly capture the information that is relevant to us in our business. I also really love the Google Sheets add-on. This has helped us create oodles of custom reports to tell us exactly the type of information we need to know about our business at any one moment, which has in turn helped us to navigate ahead with better decision making and clarity. I've only given 4 stars simply because PW is still growing and developing and doesn't currently have all of the features we need to truly use it as a one stop shop for everything we want to do in our CRM, but I'm sure that will be changing as they continue to grow. HUGE fan! Big promoter! Thanks for a great product and tool!

We have had a fantastic customer service
We have had a fantastic customer success POC in Heather McClure. She has been incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. The only glitch we've had is when the system was having problems (not updating information) and we weren't proactively informed. The help desk process was initially frustrating but when I got them on the phone it went much smoother. Had they sent out a notification that the system was having problems we would have saved ourselves a lot of time and frustration.

Logging Calls
Focusing a bit more on how users can log activities such as calls would be a big improvement. Currently to efficiently log several calls I have to open several tabs which bogs down my machine. Pipeline projection tools would be another nice addition in the future.
