The USB internal socket on my case’s keyboard broke off when I was removing my charging cable. I contacted Cooper Cases to see if I could get a replacement keyboard. They were quick to reply and after sending in a few pictures, they advised me a replacement was on it’s way. Shortly after parcel arrived (which contained not just a keyboard but a brand new case), I received an email from the agent indicating they were seeing that the parcel was delivered and wanted to confirm I had received the parcel. The Customer Service Agent was wonderful. I received almost daily emails keeping me updated through the whole process. From start to finish this was one of the most pleasant experiences dealing with a companies Customer Service I’ve had in a long time. Koodo’s to them.
